Wildkit Athletic Collective
The Wildkit Athletic Collective (WAC) is the student-athlete leadership group of ETHS Athletics, designed to foster community building, advocacy, and collaboration across all sports. Each team selects two representatives who are nominated and chosen based on leadership qualities, character, and commitment to their peers.
WAC members work together to design and lead initiatives that strengthen the student-athlete experience, enhance school spirit, and create a lasting impact at ETHS. From advocacy for student-athlete needs to planning community-building events, WAC ensures that every voice is represented and every team is connected.
WAC also serves as a leadership lab for students interested in joining the Student-Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC) and contributing to capstone projects that leave a lasting impact.
WAC Focus Areas
WAC is organized into six focus areas, each offering a unique way to build community and improve the student-athlete experience:
- Community Outreach & Support
- Kit Pit (School Spirit & Game Day Experience)
- Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Belonging (DEIB)
- Sports Communication & Digital Media
- Grow Your Sport
- Mental Health & Wellness
