Building a More Inclusive CSL

Building a More Inclusive CSL is a league-wide initiative that brings together student-athletes and coaches from across the Central Suburban League to create a more inclusive, equitable, and welcoming athletic environment for all.

This work goes beyond conversation—it's about taking action to make our teams, schools, and league stronger through understanding, empathy, and leadership.

ETHS student-athletes and coaches contribute powerful lived experiences and essential perspectives to this effort. Participation is voluntary, but every voice matters. Your insight can help shape lasting, positive change—not just at ETHS, but throughout every school in our conference.

Training Session

Participants take part in a full-day training session, where you'll engage in interactive workshops, honest dialogue, and collaborative planning with peers from across the CSL. If you're passionate about inclusion and ready to lead by example, we invite you to get involved.

Together, we can build something better—for every athlete, every team, and every community.

Changing the Game—Together

As athletes and teammates, we have the power to change the culture. When we speak up, support each other, and create space for everyone to be themselves, our teams become stronger. More connected. More honest. More human.

Building a more inclusive CSL means making sure no one is left out, pushed aside, or made to feel less than. It means being the kind of teammate—and person—who helps create the future we want to see in sports and beyond.
