Our students develop leadership skills through a wide range of experiences, from athletics and academic clubs to community service projects, advisory councils, and programs that promote equity and inclusion. Wildkit 360: Empowering the Whole You.
Wildkit 360 is the foundation of ETHS Athletics’ commitment to developing the whole student-athlete. It provides opportunities that go beyond competition, helping athletes grow as leaders, strengthen their academic skills, and find balance in their overall well-being.
Building on this foundation, L.E.A.D. T.H.E. W.A.Y. offers student-athletes a pathway to put Wildkit 360 into action. Each letter in the acronym represents a program designed to empower and enrich the student-athlete experience at ETHS.
Together, Wildkit 360 and L.E.A.D. T.H.E. W.A.Y. hopes to ensure that every Wildkit athlete leaves ETHS ready to lead, ready to achieve, and ready for what’s next.
